UltimateStore provides a 100% money back guarantee if, at any time during the first 90 days after purchasing the UltimateStore product, you are not satisfied with the product or are unwilling to continue conducting business with UltimateStore .
In order to obtain a refund, you must "undo" the repairs provided by the UltimateStore program. This can be done by going to the Add/Remove programs and choosing UltimateStore Repair. From there you can choose to:
Remove UltimateStore application
Revert changes
Revert and remove UltimateStore
All options reside under the uninstall wizard, however, for a refund, only option B is necessary. Additionally, after you have run the "undo" function to return your machine to its original state, you must formally request a refund from UltimateStore via our support page, under the Billing and invoices section.
During the course of the refund request, you must maintain contact with UltimateStore and comply with UltimateStore's requests regarding the removal of the UltimateStore product from your computer. This includes removing software and files from your machine and other steps that will remove the UltimateStore product from your machine and return your desktop, laptop or other UltimateStore supported machine to its former state - even in the event that the prior condition of the machine was an undesirable one.
The 90 day refund period begins from the immediate Date of Purchase, and the License Key expires one year from Date of Purchase.
In the event that you cannot perform the undo function for any reason, UltimateStore will address the issue on a case by case basis.
If a purchase was made on an unsupported machine and/or a repair has not taken place during any time period, UltimateStore will address the issue on a case by case basis, and may provide a refund after the 90 day refund period.
